04-14-2008

Ohio motorists are paying more for gasoline this week, though prices are below the national average, which is at an all-time high.

According to AAA and the Oil Price Information Service, Ohio's current average price for a gallon of regular-grade gas is $3.30, 7 cents more than last Monday.

Nationally, service stations on average are charging a record $3.37 for regular.

The cost of gasoline has gone up over the past week as oil hit another all-time high, rising to $112 a barrel on Wednesday.
