Ohioans can legally carry guns into parks, the Ohio State Supreme Court ruled on Thursday.
Clyde had banished concealed weapons in its public parks, but the 4-3 decision overruled that law.
The law, which was also put into place by several other cities in Ohio, was created to avoid gang violence and domestic situations.
Ohio started allowing concealed weapons, with permits, in 2004.
