The Ohio Supreme Court has set an execution date for a Crestline man accused of killing three people in 1994. Kevin Keith is scheduled to die by lethal injection on September 15th.
Keith was convicted on May 26th, 1994 for killing three people, including a seven-year-old, as well as three counts of attempted murder.
Police say it was retaliation after Keith, along with several other suspected drug dealers were arrested.
The killings took place on February 13th of that year in the Bucyrus Estates Apartment Complex.
Keith has maintained his innocence, and his aunt Gracie, testified that Keith was at her house in Crestline at the time of the murders.
