Happy February from everyone at the Bucyrus Public Library!
Winter has been a busy time here at the library!January means the on-set
of tax time, and the library is a great source for tax forms.The library
keeps the most requested forms on hand.We also have access to other forms
in a tax notebook, as well as forms online from the IRS site.We do not yet
have the Ohio state tax forms, but expect them to arrive any day!
The month of February is also a busy month for programming here at the
library.We have lots of exciting things going on!
The Teen Advisory Board will be holding a Teen Coffee House in Saturday,
February 2nd from 6:30-9:00 p.m.Teens are invited to bring their own
songs, poems, stories, and a friend!Refreshments will be provided!For
further information, contact Young Adult librarian Andrea Schimpf at
419-562-7327.
The Teen Advisory Board will be having their regular monthly meeting on
February 5th at 7:00 p.m. at the library.This Board is composed of
students from area high schools.New members are always welcome!
On February 21st, you will be able to meet Mary Todd and Abraham Lincoln at
a program to be held at the library at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room.For

Children's Librarian Barb Scott will be hosting a Mardi Gras program on
Saturday, February 23rd from 2:00-4:00 p.m.There will be crafts, games,
learning about Mardi Gras and enjoying refreshments.There will be a
preregistration limit of 50 participants.For more information, contact

Our Junie B. Jones party, held last month, as a huge success!We had 41
participants enjoy crafts, games, and refreshments.
